Axel Springer has agreed to acquire the UK’s Telegraph Media Group for £575 million ($766.3 million), according to the Financial Times, citing sources familiar with the deal.

Group, the Financial Times reported on Friday, citing people
briefed on the matter.
Telegraph and RedBird IMI did not immediately respond to
Reuters’ requests for comment.
Daily Mail-owner DMGT had struck a 500 million pound deal
for Telegraph in November, but was facing regulatory scrutiny
over public interest and competition concerns.
DMGT did not respond to the Financial Times report.
