Born Again Season 2 Debut To Rotten Tomatoes Series High Since Netflix Era

Daredevil: Born Again season 2 has premiered on Disney+ with its first episode officially streaming on the platform, as critics have now finally begun to share their reviews and takes on the launch of the MCU drama. With the season 2 premiere out, the series has now received its Critics’ Score on Rotten Tomatoes, as it is currently holding 94%, making it the highest since Netflix’s Daredevil season 3.

It’s crucial to remember that the number is subject to change, as reviews are still coming in. The audience score for Daredevil: Born Again season 2 has not been unveiled yet.

Why Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Has Such A Strong Reception Already

It’s no secret that Daredevil: Born Again season 1 was one of the most complicated projects for Marvel Studios in The Multiverse Saga due to the major creative overhaul that took place, once the original vision was not working with the creative team. The salvaging that had to be made for the retooled season still led to the show becoming a mixed bag with critics and audience members.

To many, it was clear that the first season was two projects being forced to fit into one. However, as Daredevil: Born Again season 2 got to start fresh without any overhauls, it’s evident that there is more consistency and payoff to what the show can truly be from showrunner Dario Scardapane.

In ScreenRant’s Daredevil: Born Again season 2 review, Felipe Rangel praised the MCU TV show’s return, teasing that by the time the finale arrives in May, “the path forward will be made clear, and it could not be more exciting. The future of Cox’s Daredevil and D’Onofrio’s Kingpin promises brand-new stories for both.” Rangel also celebrated that there is “relentless action, hard-hitting drama, complex characters, several shocking surprises, and more.”
