It recently inaugurated CERA Style Studios in Kochi and Hyderabad, offering consumers an interactive platform to explore the brand’s product portfolio.
Deepshikha Khaitan, Vice-Chairman & Joint Managing Director, CERA Sanitaryware Ltd, said one of the most significant trends shaping the market is the rising demand for premium and design-led bathroom solutions from emerging tier-2 and tier-3 cities. The aspiration for refined, design-led living is no longer limited to metros. Consumers in tier-2 and tier-3 cities are actively choosing premium bathroom solutions, she said, adding that this shift is a key driver of the company’s premiumisation strategy.
Touchless fittings
The company currently operates 12 CERA Style Studios and plans to expand its presence in high-potential markets. On the innovation front, she said the the firm is developing solutions that combine design, sustainability and technology to meet evolving consumer expectations. These include electronic smart toilets, touchless fittings, water-saving technologies and integrated wellness features that enable personalised bathroom environments.
With increasing preference for quality-certified products over unorganised alternatives, she said the organised sanitaryware segment is set to witness strong and sustained growth over the next few years.
