Crimson Desert Free Download Available Until March 26

At long last, Crimson Desert is now available worldwide with the Pearl Abyss open-world action-adventure game set to be a contender for that Game of the Year trophy at the end of the year. First planned to be a prequel to Black Desert Online, Crimson Desert soon turned into a fully-fledged title of its own, and after years of trepidation, it was finally released earlier this week.

Now, to celebrate the launch of Crimson Desert, Twitch has teamed up with Pearl Abyss to allow fans to get their hands on some in-game cosmetics, and all you will have to do is watch some eligible streamers.

Celebrate The Launch in Style Courtesy of Twitch

Announced ahead of the launch of Crimson Desert, Pearl Abyss revealed the in-game goodies that fans can get their hands on. By connecting your chosen platform to your Twitch profile, you will be able to watch eligible streamers who are playing Crimson Desert, and by watching a specific amount of hours, you can bag yourself seven unique drops.

In week one, one hour will bag you the Modest Braised Beef x10, which we can assume will give you in-game buffs, as well as the Blue Scout Lantern. Two hours reward you with the Blue Scout Earring, Blue Scout Necklace, and Blue Scout Ring, whilst three hours drops the Blue Scout Shield. Finally, five hours of watching will reward you with the Blue Scout Cloak, Blue Scour Armour, and Blue Scout Hat.

In week two, there are just three drops for one, two, and three hours. This includes the Blue Scout Stirrups, Blue Scout Champron, and the Blue Scout Saddle, so that you and your stead can fashionably match as you tackle the first few hours of Crimson Desert.

The Freebies Are Live Now

Available to earn from 19 March and with the first week expected to wrap up on 26 March, now is your chance to get your hands on the first batch of Crimson Desert freebies. With eight unique cosmetics to earn (as well as some beef), you will have to watch a combined total of eleven hours of your chosen Twitch streamer in order to earn them all. However, it is worth noting that you do not have to stick to one streamer, as the drop progress will carry over as long as the broadcaster has Crimson Desert drops enabled. With Week 2 expected to begin straight away, this is your only chance to get the rewards from the first week before they are gone for good.
