Every Mount In WoW Midnight And How To Get Them

As with any new WoW expansion, there’s a lot to get to grips with, from new dungeons to an entire allied race to unlock, all of which seem to be going down pretty well with the game’s expansive player base at this early stage.

Alongside that, there are also a lot of new mounts to get hold of as you explore and conquer. Mounts have always been one of the best ways to show off in the game, and this expansion is no exception, so we’ve detailed every new ride available in the current Midnight patch, and how to get your hands on it.

WoW: Midnight Mounts Full List & How To Obtain

Delves

• Arcanovoid Construct: This is a reward from the achievement “Let Me Solo Him: Nullaeus,” which requires you to beat the titular Delve boss in its lair on ?? difficulty, before Season 2 of Midnight launches.
• Elven Arcane Guardian: This can be purchased from Naleidea Rivergleam for 10,000 Undercoin, with the latter being earned by farming Bountiful Delves.
• Giganto Manis: This is a reward for completing the Glory of the Midnight Delver achievement, which itself requires four sub-achievements to pop. The ones you’ll need to get are:
  • Delve Loremaster: Midnight
  • Curio Fanatic: Midnight
  • Midnight: Leave No Treasure Unfound
  • My Shady Nemesis (This is rewarded for defeating Nullaeus, so there’s some nice overlap.)
• Silvermoon’s Arcane Defender: Similarly to the Elven Arcane Guardian, this mount can also be purchased for 10,000 Undercoin, only this time from Telemancer Astrandis in Silvermoon City. Additionally, you will have to hit Delver’s Journey Rank 5 to unlock the mount for purchase.

Dungeons

• Calamitous Carrion: This mount is the reward for hitting a 2000+ Mythic+ rating and popping the Midnight Keystone Master: Season One achievement.
• Convalescent Carrion: Similarly to the above, you’ll have to push things a little further here, gaining a 3000+ Mythic+ rating and getting the Midnight Keystone Legend: Season One achievement.
• Lucent Hawkstrider: This is a drop from the Magister’s Terrace dungeon on Mythic difficulty, either from the Degentrius boss of from Challenger’s Caches.
• Spectral Hawkstrider: This is another random drop, this time from the Restless Heart boss in the Windrunner Spire dungeon on Mythic difficulty, or again from Challenger’s Caches.

Exploration

• Crimson Dragonhawk: This is a reward from the Midnight Glyph Hunter achievement, which requires players to collect all the Glyphs from Eversong Woods, Zul’Aman, Harandar, and Voidstorm (all of which pop their own individual achievements).
• Cerulean Hawkstrider: A drop from Eversong Woods Rare Mobs
• Cobalt Dragonhawk: A drop from Eversong Woods Rare Mobs
• Amani Sharptalon: A drop from Zul’Aman Rare Mobs
• Escaped Witherbark Pango: A drop from Zul’Aman Rare Mobs
• Rootstalker Grimlynx: A drop from Harandar Rare Mobs
• Vibrant Petalwing: A drop from Harandar Rare Mobs
• Augmented Stormray: A drop from Voidstorm Rare Mobs
• Sanguine Harrower: A drop from Voidstorm Rare Mobs
• Ancestral War Bear: This is a reward from the Honored Warrior’s Cache, which can be found in Zul’Aman. You will need a Bear Tooth, Lynx Claw, Dragonhawk Feather, and Eagle Talon to open it.
• Hexed Vilefeather Eagle: Similarly to the above, you’ll need to track down the Abandoned Ritual Skull in Zul’Aman. To complete the process and earn the mount, you’ll need to accrue 1000x Vile Essence.
• Ruddy Sporeglider: This is a Harandar equivalent to the two mounts above. You’ll need to open the Peculiar Cauldron to get it, which requires 150x Crystalized Resin Fragment that can be farmed from Flame-Hardened Sap of Teldrassil.
• Reins of the Insatiable Shredclaw: This mount is earned from the Final Clutch of Predaxas in Voidstorm. To get it, complete the mini-game by getting to the treasure without hitting any of the broken eggs (which produce lightning and send you back to the start.
• Untainted Grove Crawler: This is a mount from the Sporespawned Cache. All you need to do is get the Funal Mallet from Fungara Village in Harandar, then fly to the Mycelium Gong and use the Mallet on it. The Cache will spawn and drop the mount.
• Echo of Aln’sharan: This is a long one but essentially you have to complete the Legend of Aln’sharan storyline. Once you do, mobs in Harandar will start to drop Mysterious Skyshards (though they are quite rare, so don’t panic if you don’t see too many right away). Once you have 500 of them, you can hand them into the NPC Kuri, which will pop the achievement Herald of the Goddess and reward the mount.
• Vivacious Chloroceros: This is reasonably easy, requiring the player to collect all of the major treasures in Harandar, earning the Treasures of Harandar achievement, and rewarding the mount.
• Relinquished Scarlet Charger: Given for completing the Relinquishing Relics quest.
• Brilliant Petalwing: This is the reward from the Light Up the Night achievement, which is a meta-achievement that requires completion of all the major zone achievements in each of Midnight’s four narrative regions.
• Ivory Grimlynx: This requires completion of the Allied Race: Haranir achievement, which also unlocks the titular faction for play on your next character.
• Elder Glowmite: This can be bought from Mothkeeper Wew’tam for 10x Luminous Dust, though you will have to catch 120 Glowing Moths first.

Event

• Amani Sunfeather: Bought for 1600x Unalloyed Abundance (earned from the Abundance World Event) from vendor Chel the Chip.
• Blessed Amani Burrower: Exactly the same method as above, though you will need an additional 1600x Unalloyed Abundance.
• Lightforged Mechsuit: This requires players to defeat each of the rare mobs in Twilight Highlands. They are summoned every five minutes in a fixed rotation, so you can usually farm this out in around 2 hours. It also pops the Two Minutes to Midnight achievement.
• Retrained Skyrazor: This can be bought from Materialist Ophinell for 100x Twilight’s Blade Insignia, which you’ll earn automatically if you farm out the Lightforged Mechsuit.

Prey

• Preyseeker’s Hubris: Purchased for 2000x Remnant of Anguish from Construct V’anore (Preyseeker’s Journey Rank 5 required).
• Preyseeker’s Nightmare: Reward for the very difficult Prey: Nightmare Mode III achievement, which requires players to beat all the Prey bosses on Nightmare difficulty.
• Preyseeker’s Wrath: Purchased for 2000x Remnant of Anguish from Construct V’anore (Preyseeker’s Journey Rank 10 required).

Professions

• Nether-Swept Drake: This is the Fishing mount from Voidstorm. Just fish in Void fishing holes and you’ll eventually dredge it up.

PvP

• Galactic Gladiator’s Goredrake: Reward for getting the Gladiator: Midnight Season 1 PvP achievement, which pops for winning 50 3v3 Elite rank matches.
• Vicious Snaplizard: This is the Midnight Season 1 Rated reward, with both an Alliance and Horde variant available.

Raids

• Ashes of Belo’ren: Low drop chance from the Mythic difficulty Midnight Falls encounter in the March on Quel’Danas raid.
• Tenebrous Harrower: Rewarding for popping the Glory of the Midnight Raider achievement.

Renown

• Amani Blessed Bear: Bought from Magovu for 6000x Voidlight Marl
• Amani Windcaller: Bought from Magovu for 8000x Voidlight Marl
• Fierce Grimlynx: Bought from Naynar for 6000x Voidlight Marl
• Cerulean Sporeglider: Bought from Naynar for 8000x Voidlight Marl
• Lab-grown Stormray: Reward for the Staring Into the Void achievement, which pops for fully unlocking every facet of the Research Console in Voidstorm.
• Ravenous Shredclaw: Bought from Void Researcher Anomander for 6000x Voidlight Marl
• Voidbound Stormray: Bought from Void Researcher Anomander for 8000x Voidlight Marl
• Crimson Silvermoon Hawkstrider: Bought from Caeris Fairdawn for 6000x Voidlight Marl
• Fiery Dragonhawk: Bought from Caeris Fairdawn for 8000x Voidlight Marl

It’s important to note that all the 6000x Voidlight Marl mounts require Renown 17 with the appropriate faction to purchase, while the 8000x Voidlight Marl mounts require Renown 19.

Reputation

• Duskbrute Harrower: A drop from the Slayer’s Duellum Trove, which is a Paragon reputation chest.
• Frenzied Shredclaw: Purchased for 6000x Voidlight Marl from Thraxadar when Exalted with the Slayer’s Duellum
• Prowling Shredclaw: Purchased for 6000x Voidlight Marl from Thraxadar when Exalted with the Slayer’s Duellum
• Umbral Dragonhawk: Reward for the Life of the Party achievement, which requires Exalted reputation with all four Silvermoon Court factions.
