The Palmer Pill crafting recipe in Crimson Desert can actually be found in a few different locations, but the easiest and earliest place to get it is just northwest of Hernand in a small cave. Inside, you can read and decipher the Palmer Pill recipe, as well as gain access to what will likely be your first Cauldron. The Palmer Pill recipe can also be found later in the game during one of the Pororin Forest research quests, though you’ll likely want access to the recipe much earlier.
