Thank you so much, and a warm welcome, everyone, to this quarter presentation of the second quarter ’25, ’26. And we have an agenda for today, where we will talk about the performance. We will give a financial update, outlook and then a summary and before we open up for questions.
So I will then start with the second quarter and the performance. And before that, I’ll just start to talk a little bit about who we are. We have a vision to create memorable mountain experiences, and we are now operating 6 destinations in Sweden and Norway, where we have a market share of 42%. And really happy with our integrated business model where the digitalization is the driver and also an enabler actually to continue to secure long-term growth within our company.
We also have a very significant land bank for the property development. If we then look into the second quarter, we are really happy to present an increase of 8% as well an operating profit with 6%. And if we adjust that from the exploitation gains
