The award was presented at HYSEA’s 33rd annual summit and awards here on Thursday.
The event was attended by over 1,200 technology leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, analysts, investors and start-up founders to discuss the next phase of global technology transformation driven by artificial intelligence and intelligent software systems.
“As intelligence becomes embedded across systems, products and enterprise operations, Hyderabad is well-positioned to play a larger role in the next phase of global technology Innovation,” Prashanth Nandella, President, HYSEA, said, addressing the inaugural.
“The future of jobs in the technology industry will increasingly lie at the intersection of deep domain expertise and advanced technology capabilities,” he said.
IT major Infosys won the Export Champion award for 2024-25 in the above ₹5,000-crore category, while TCS received the Export Champion (Excellence in Growth and Workforce Growth) award.
The other winners are: Tech Mahindra (Excellence in Women’s Workforce Advancement) in the up to ₹5,000 crore category; Capgemini (Export Champion; up to ₹5,000 crore category); and ValueLabs (Workforce Growth Leader – ₹5,000 crore category).
