This raises a question about their relationship in the upcoming season, particularly because it looks like the altercation took place in Padalecki’s character’s house. The overall demeanor of Collins and Padalecki’s characters in the trailer hints at them being a couple.

With Eric Kripke, the creator of Supernatural, at the helm of The Boys, it doesn’t come from the left field that Ackles, Collins, and Padalecki have reunited, more so because of how well their characters in the CW fantasy show complemented each other.
