Now to celebrate The Last of Us’ success, Mondo is collaborating with Naughty Dog on an exciting new release.
The Last Of Us Fans Shouldn’t Miss This New Release
Written by composer Gustavo Santaolalla, the soundtrack for both The Last of Us and The Last of Us Part II, as well as HBO’s The Last of Us, is distinct and memorable, and now you can experience it in all its glory thanks to The Last of Us: Season 2 (Soundtrack From The HBO Series). Arranged by Mondo Music in collaboration with Milan Records, this vinyl includes the soundtrack to the second season of the television adaptation with music by composers Gustavo Santaolalla and David Fleming.
Featuring product design by Janie Peacock, the deluxe vinyl features a triple gatefold jacket with a soft-touch finish. Very fancy. Additionally, the packaging image shows both Joel and Ellie portrayed by Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey. With the tagline “Every Path Has A Price”, the vinyl itself is stunning, featuring three separate vinyls, consisting of brown, white, and silver finishes with embossing of the iconic The Last of Us moth.
The Last Of Us’ Soundtrack Remains Unmatched
Set to ship in June 2026, The Last of Us: Season 2 (Soundtrack From The HBO Series) is now available for pre-order and comes in at $80. It is quite the investment, but if you love the soundtrack as much as me, this will make an excellent addition to your vinyl collection. Let’s face it, The Last of Us soundtrack, from both the video game duology and television series, is iconic, featuring heartbreaking melodies that encapsulate both the hopelessness and beauty of the post-apocalyptic world Joel and Ellie find themselves in. Now, what better way to enjoy it than getting to hear it in all of its physical glory?
With The Last of Us season three expected to be HBO’s last, it is collectibles like this that will keep you going when the content drought begins to kick in in a few years time.
