Developed by NEXON, Nakwon: Last Paradise will see you take to the streets of a post-apocalyptic South Korea as you venture through a city in the dead of night, and manage your own shelter by day.
Nakwon: Last Paradise Looks Incredible
Announced just last week, Nakwon: Last Paradise is another upcoming survival game which is already taking the world by storm. With the gaming sphere obsessed with the apocalypse, zombies, and having to survive as a result, this genre is bigger than ever, and Nakwon: Last Paradise aims to make its mark. In a city crawling with the undead, you will need to scavenge for supplies, deal with hostile survivors, and, of course, take down hordes. In a city where survival is the only rule, you will soon learn to not trust anybody, not even your fellow survivors.
Every little thing counts in your fight for survival. Kitchen tools become weapons, small wounds can be fatal, and stress will eventually break your mind if left unmanaged. All these elements come together to deliver an authentic and immersive zombie apocalypse experience.
From its promotional images alone, it is clear to see that The Last of Us played a large role in inspiration when it comes to Nakwon: Last Paradise’s post-apocalyptic setting. With crumbling buildings, burnt-out cars, and nature reclaiming its domain, these are visuals that are reminiscent of the Naughty Dog title. However, with a more shooter-heavy focus, it is clear that players can expect to cause a lot more chaos in this multiplayer title.
You Can Sign Up For A Playtest Now
Despite Nakwon: Last Paradise not yet receiving an official release window, those interested will be pleased to learn that a playtest is now available to request access to. On the official Steam page, you can click ‘Request Access’, and you will be notified when the developer is ready to accept new participants. Unfortunately, we do not have an expected time for the playtest, but it is worth registering your interest nonetheless. Additionally, an alpha test is also heading your way from 11 March to 15.
So, if you are interested in this post-apocalyptic multiplayer shooter with The Last of Us and Tom Clancy’s The Division vibes, you will want to add Nakwon: Last Paradise to your Steam wishlist ahead of its full launch.
