From The Madison, Taylor Sheridan’s neo-Western drama series on grief and family, to Jury Duty Presents Company Retreat, the return of Prime Video’s Emmy-nominated prank comedy series, there are plenty of great new streaming options for comedy, drama, and crime thriller fans alike. Grab your remote and get ready to tune into the top streaming shows that everyone will be talking about this weekend.
The Madison
Taylor Sheridan’s 6-part drama series The Madison returns this weekend after its 3-episode premiere on Paramount+ last Saturday. The Madison season 1’s final three episodes will be available to stream on Saturday, March 21, setting up an already confirmed and developed season 2.
The Madison has received mixed reviews, which can be common with debut seasons of new Sheridan series, resulting in a Rotten Tomatoes score of 60%. That said, the series starring Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell is currently the #3 most-watched show on Paramount+ in the U.S. and will look to climb to the #1 spot on the streaming service following its 3-part finale release this weekend.
Jury Duty: Company Retreat
One of the most exciting new releases on streaming this weekend is Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat. If you watched the 4-time Emmy-nominated comedy series that debuted as a Freevee original in 2023, you already know that this mockumentary-style prank series consists of an elaborate setup in which everyone is a paid actor except for one unsuspecting protagonist.
Sort of like a wholesome version of Punk’d, Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat follows Anthony Norman, who believes he has just taken a temp assistant position at a hot sauce company. He attends the company’s corporate retreat, where a detailed script will be acted out over the course of several days, testing Anthony’s patience and character while also being downright hilarious.
Imperfect Women
Imperfect Women just premiered its first two episodes on Apple TV and is also worth checking out this weekend if you haven’t already. Featuring a stellar lead trio of Kerry Washington, Elisabeth Moss, and Kate Mara, the mystery thriller series follows an investigation after a wealthy woman is murdered. If you enjoyed female-led psychological thrillers like Big Little Lies, then Imperfect Women, which is based on the novel by Araminta Hall, is worth checking out this weekend.
The Comeback
Another exciting new weekend release is the long-awaited return of The Comeback, starring Lisa Kudrow. In what can be considered the Before trilogy of HBO comedies, The Comeback first premiered in June 2005 and didn’t release its second season until 2014. Now, The Comeback makes a comeback for its third and final series, rounding out the trilogy starting with its season premiere on Sunday, March 22, 2026. Streaming on HBO Max, The Comeback follows Kudrow’s ex-A-list celebrity Valerie Cherish as she tries to reignite her Hollywood career.
Deadloch
Deadloch season 2 might just be the most highly anticipated new release this weekend, releasing the first 2 of 6 episodes on Friday, March 20, 2026. The underrated crime-comedy series earned a perfect 100% Rotten Tomatoes for its 2023 debut, setting the bar high for its season 2 premiere on Prime Video this weekend.
Deadloch is one of those unique series that takes viewers by surprise. Those who stick with it, however, generally find it to be rewarding thanks to its great characters and enjoyable blend of crime thriller and dark comedy elements. Meant to be satirical of murder mystery shows like Broadchurch, Deadloch is truly one of a kind and should not be missed this weekend.
